2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 pkt Korean Baby Pleurotus Eryngii, Sliced
1 pkt Shitake Mushrooms, Sliced
1 pkt Fresh Jew's Ear
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 tbsp Mushroom Sauce
3 cloves Garlic , minced
3 stalks Scallion
Method:
1) Heat oil over medium heat.
2) Add in garlic to saute then add in all types of mushrooms.
3) Cook 12-15 minutes, until tender and most of the liquid has evaporated.
4) Add in salt, pepper and mushroom and cook 2-3 more minutes.
5) Reduce heat to low and add in scallion.
6) Cook 2-3 more minutes.
