凉拌肉松皮蛋豆腐Meat Floss Tofu with Preserved Eggs




Ingredients:

4 pcs       Tofu - steam it.
4 nos       Century Egg - cut in wedges
50 g        Meat Floss

Sauce:
1 tbsp     Oyster Sauce (I used soy sauce only)
1 tbsp     Soy Sauce
1 tbsp     Onion Oil (I used 1 tsp sesame Oil)
