清炒西兰花,剃刀蛤,银杏Stir Fry Broccoli, Ginkgo With Razor Clams





Ingredients:
1 can         Razor Clams
1 pkt           Fresh Ginkgo
1/3 stick     Sliced Carrot
1 bunch      Broccoli (stem removed and cut)
3 cloves       Chopped Garlic
1/2 tsp         Chicken Stock Powder (Optional or replace with Oyster Sauce)
A Pinch of Salt
1 tsp              Sesame Oil
Method:
1) Blanch broccoli, carrot and fresh ginkgo, set aside.
2)  Saute garlic with a little bit of oil until fragrant.
3)  Add in razor clams, blanched broccoli, carrot and fresh ginkgo.
4)  Stir-fry all ingredients until thoroughly cooked.
5)  Taste it with salt, chicken stock powder or oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
