炖枸杞子玉竹白果鸡汤 Double-Boil Wolfberry Polygonatum Ginkgo Chicken Soup










Ingredients:

Kampung Chicken
Wolfberry (枸杞子)
Polygonatum Odoratum (玉竹)
Gingko(白果)
Water
Salt to taste

Method:
1)  Blanch chicken, rinse and pat dry.
2)  Wash Wolfberry (枸杞子),Polygonatum Odoratum (玉竹),Gingko(白果) into a double-boiler pot and add in boiled water.
3)  Double boil the soup for 3 hours.
4)  Add salt to taste.
