梅菜肉末Preserved Vegetable with Minced Meat








250 g        Sweet Preserved Vegetable (甜梅菜)
250 g        Minced Mince (猪肉末)
    2 tbsp    Minced Garlic (蒜)
2-3 tbsp    Soy Sauce (酱油)
1/2 cup     Water
Grapeseed Oil

Method:

Method:
1)  Heat oil sautee minced garlic, then add in minced meat to stir-fry.
2)  Add in sweet preserved vegetable continue to cook for few minutes.
3)  Add in 1/2 cup of water to cook for 15 minutes.
4)  Add in soy sauce & pepper to taste.
5)  Served it.
