香艾煎鸡蛋汤Folium Artemisiae Argyi Fried Egg Soup













Ingredients:
1 bundle        Aiye Leaves (or it is called Argyi Leaf (Folium Artemisiae Argyi))
4 no                Eggs
1-inch             Sliced Ginger
1 lit                  Broth
1 tsp of sesame oil
1/4 tsp of pepper
Method:
1)   Beat eggs with few drop of water, then leave it aside.
2)   Slice the ginger until fine.
3)   Cut the aiye leave into small pieces.
4)  Heat up 2 tbsp of oil, put in ginger and aiye to fry a while, then pour in the beaten eggs let it cooked & looked like pancake. Set aside.
5)  Bring to boil broth add in the argyi fried egg, let simmer for a while.
6)  Sprinkle some pepper & sesame oil.
