清蒸啊三石斑鱼Steamed Garoupa In Assam Pedas




Ingredients:
500 g            Garoupa Fish - wash, pat dry & cut in big pieces
                     (Marinade with salt & pepper for 5 mins before adding other ingredients.)
    1 pkt         Assam Pedas Paste
    1 tbsp       Sliced Ginger
    2 no          Tomato, cut into wedges
  10 no          Small Lady Finger

For Garnishing:
Chopped Scallion of Parsley

Method:
1)  Mix all the above ingredients & marinade for 2 hours.
2)  Bring to boil water in a steamer to steam the fish for 15 minutes.
3)  Garnish with scallion or parsley.
