烟熏火腿&花椰菜煎松饼Smoke Ham & Broccoli Pancake Muffin







Ingredients:

500 g         Instant Pancake Mix (Just Add Water)
700 ml       Milk or Water
                  Chopped Broccoli
                  Chopped Smoke Ham
                  Cheddar Cheese

Method:

1)  Preheat oven at 250 C.
2)  Mix instant pancake mix with milk or water.
3)  Spray oil into a muffin tray, scoop pancake mixture into the muffin tray.
4)  Sprinkle some broccoli, ham & cheddar cheese on top.
5)  Bake for 15 minutes.
