烤三文鱼腩Grilled Salmon Belly

Recipe adapted By Hank Shaw





Ingredients:
600 g        Salmon Belly
1/3 cup     Grapesee Oil
2 tbsp        Real Maple Syrup (I used Honey)
1/4 cup     Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbsp        Grainy Mustard
1 tsp          Salt
Method:
1)  Mix all the ingredients together in a plastic bag, seal and marinate at least 2 hours, or up to overnight.
2)  Preheat oven at 250 C.
3)  Grill over high heat till fish belly cooked.
