Ingredients:
1 block Firm Tofu, cubed, drained
2 tbsp Grapeseed Oil
250 g Ground Pork
2 tsp Minced Ginger
2 tsp Minced Garlic
5 stalks Green Onion, chopped, white parts only
2 tsp Chili Bean Sauce
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Sugar
1 cups Chicken Broth
3 tsp Cornstarch mixed with 3-5 tsp. water
2 tsp Sesame Oil
A Dash of Pepper Powder
5 stalks Green Onion, chopped, green parts only
Method:
1) In a large wok, brown pork in oil over medium high heat.
2) Add ginger, garlic and white parts of green onion.
3) Add chili bean sauce, sugar, soy sauce, pepper powder, broth and tofu.
4) Bring to a boil and cook 2-3 minutes.
5) Stir in cornstarch mixture, sesame oil and add in green parts of green onion.
