煎育空黄金土豆Pan-Fried Yukon Gold Potatoes







Ingredients:
1 kg            Baby Yukon Gold Potatoes
3 cups         Water
3 tbsp          Butter
2 cloves       Chopped Garlic
1/4 no           Chopped Onion
2 to 3 tbsp    Freshly chopped parsley leaves
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper

Method:
1)  Boil the potatoes until almost tender, depending upon the size of the potatoes.
2)  Heat butter add in chopped onion & chopped garlic stir-fry till fragrant.
3)  Add in boiled potatoes, then taste it with salt & black pepper powder.
4)  Last in chopped parsley.
5)  Served it.
