烤土豆片Baked Sliced Potatoes


培根,蘑菇&晒干的番茄意大利面 Bacon, Mushroom & Sun Dried Tomato Pasta











Ingredients:
500 g            Pasta of your choice
    4 no          Medium Onion, chopped
   12 slices     Bacon, chopped
    1 tbsp       chopped Garlic
1/2 btl           Sun-Dried Tomatoes In Oil, drained & chopped
   1 pkt           Medium Mushrooms, sliced
200 g             Cherry Tomatoes
    1 cup          Sweet Fresh Basil
salt & pepper
Parmesan Cheese

Ingredients:
Pork Ribs
Soy Sauce
Sugar                          
Pepper
Corn Flour
Sesame Oil
Chinese Wine
Plum Sauce
Minced Garlic
Minced Ginger
Chopped Fermented Bean
Minced Eye Chili

1)         Marinade all the ingredients with the pork ribs.

2)         Steam it for 20 minutes.

苹果脆皮酥卷 Apple Strudel









Ingredients:
2 tbsp          Flour
5 no             Apples, peeled, cored and sliced 1/4-inch thick (5 cups)
1/2 cup        Raisins
3 tbsp            Sugar
1 tsp              Ground Cinnamon
1/3 cup         Chopped Nuts
1/2 no           Lemon Juice
1 sheets        Frozen Puff Pastry
For Garnish:
Confectioners' Sugar
Serve with Vanilla Ice Cream
Method:
  1)  Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2)  Core and slice apple 1/4-inch thick.
  3)  Well mix apple, flour, sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, raisin & nuts.  Set aside.
  4)  Lay out 1 sheet of puff pastry on a clean, flat, lightly floured surface.
  5)   Spread the apple filling evenly onto the puff pasty surface, leaving a 1/2-inch clean edge on all sides.
  6)  Roll into a log, folding the edges at each end beneath the log and brush with some egg brush.
  7)  Carefully place the strudel on the prepared baking sheet, seam-side down.
  8)  Bake the strudel until golden brown, 30 to 40 minutes.
  9)  Remove from the oven and cool for 15 minutes before cutting into 2-inch slices.
10)  Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar just before serving.
11)  Serve plain or with ice cream.
