香煎土豆肉饼Fried Potato Patties




Ingredient A:
2 nos          Mashed Potatoes
400 g          Minced Meat
1 tbsp         Cornflour
1 no            Egg
1 tbsp         Chopped Parsley
30 ml          Water
To Taste:
White Pepper Powder
Salt
Sesame Oil

Ingredient B:
3 tbsp         Tapioca Flour

Method:
1)  Well mix all the ingredients A.
2)Heat oil, shape potatoes cake in flat round shape and coated with tapioca flour.
3)  Pan-fry it till both side golden brown.
