奶酪菜花&花椰菜烘烤Cheesy Cauliflower & Broccoli Baked









Ingredients:
    1 no            Large Head Cauliflower, broken into florets
    1 no            Large Head Broccoli, broken into florets
    4 nos           Boiled Egg, broken into big pieces
1/2 no            Chopped Onion
    2 cloves      Chopped Garlic
  50 g               Butter
250 g               Chopped Bacon
150 g               Cheddar Cheese
Sea salt and ground black pepper
Method:
1)  Pre-heat the oven to 190°C/375°F.
2)  Bring a pot of water to the boil, then add the cauliflower and broccoli florets and cook for two to three.
3)  Drain them under cold water and set aside.
4)  In a saucepan, melt the butter, sautee chopped onion & garlic follow by add in chopped bacon.
5)  Then add in  boiled egg, cauliflower and broccoli.
6)  Season with sea salt and ground black pepper.
7)  Place the boiled egg, cauliflower and broccoli in a high-sided baking dish and pour over the cheese sauce.
8)  Top with a little extra grated Cheddar and another sprinkle of ground black pepper.
9)  Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until the top is nice and golden.
