炒饭 Fried Rice











Ingredients:
   4 cups          Cold Rice
   1 cup            Chopped Big Onion
   3 no              Egg - Lightly beaten
1/4 cup            Chopped Carrot
1/2 cup            Chopped Yellow Pepper Bell 
1/2 cup            Chopped Red Pepper Bell 
1/2 cup            Chopped Green Pepper Bell 
   2 stalk          Scallion - Chopped
1/2 cup            Diced Fish Ball
   3 tbsp          Grapeseed Oil
   4 tbsp          Fried Onion

To Taste:
Salt
Soy Sauce
White pepper powder
Sesame Oil

Method:
1.  Heat wok or pan to medium heat, and add oil.
2.  Sauté chopped big onion,  follow by add in fish ball & all chopped pepper bell.
3.  Add in egg let the egg set.
4.  Mix salt into rice, then add in rice into wok or pan to stir fry.
5.  Stir-fry it till rice evenly coated by egg.
6)  Add in sesame oil,soy sauce and white pepper powder to taste.
7)  Add in chopped scallion & fried onion to mix well.
8)  Serve.
