燕麦土司 Homemade Oatmeal Bread (Bread Machine)































Ingredients (A):

    50 g                     Instant Oat
  150 ml                   Cold Water

Mix ingredients (A) & cover let stand for 15 minutes.

Ingredients (B):

  250 g                    Bread Flour
    30 g                    Wholemeal Flour
   3/4 tsp                 Yeast
    20 g                    Sugar
   1/4 tsp                 Salt
    20 g                    Olive Oil
    80 ml                  Cold Water

Garnish :

Egg White
Instant Oat

Method:

According to your bread machine & start the dough process.







After the dough finished rise in the bread machined, please refer to the above picture 10 to 24.
Bake at preheat oven at 170 C for 35 to 38 minutes.
Or till golden brown in color.
