肉碎日本豆腐 Braised Japanese Bean Curd With Minced Meat

















Ingredients:
    3 nos        Japanese Bean Curd - cut in big pieces
100 g            Minced Meat - marinade with soy sauce, pepper, sesame oil & corn flour
    1 tbsp       Chopped Garlic
    2 nos        Egg
    2 tbsp       Corn flour
    2 stalks     Scallion - cut in 1" long
 1/2 bowl      Water
                     Oil
To Taste:
Soy Sauce
Pepper
To Thicken The Sauce:
Corn Flour
Water

Method:
  1)  Heat oil, add in egg, pan-fry it.  Set aside.
  2)  Coat Japanese bean curd with 2 tbsp of corn flour.
  3)  Heat oil in a pan, pan-fry Japanese bean curd till
        both side golden brown.  set aside.
  4)  Heat oil sautee the chopped garlic, add in marinated
        minced meat continue cook.
  5)  Put in 1/2 bowl of water bring to boil, then add in fried
        Japanese bean curd.
  6)  Add in soy sauce and pepper to taste, continue to braise
        the minced meat &  Japanese bean curd.
  7)  Thicken the gravy with cornflour & water mixture.
  8)  Add in scallion to garnish.
  9)  Dish out & pour on top of the fried egg.
10)  Serve it.
