面线汤 Mi Sua Noodle Soup
材料:(6人分)
6片 面线
18片 腌瘦肉
6 粒 鸡蛋
1000ml 咸高汤
胡椒粉少许
葱粒少许
做法:
高汤滚后,放入瘦肉。
接着放入面线,小白菜和鸡蛋,煮滚即熄火。
盛上碗后,撒上少许胡椒粉 ,葱粒再淋上葱头油,完成。
**小贴士**
面线最好能一碗一碗的分开煮,因为这样才不会弄得一锅的汤都糊糊的,口感就没那么好了。
