Baked Ham & Cheesy Rice











Ingredients:
1 can            Campbell Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 cups          Shredded two-cheese blend
                     (Cheddar cheese and Mozzarella Cheese)
1/3 cup         Grated Parmesan cheese
2 strip           Cooked Ham - Break if pieces
1 cup            Milk
1/4 tsp          Ground Black Pepper
3 cups          Cooked Rice

1) Stir the soup with milk till blended.
2) Bring to boil in medium low frame.
3) Add in black pepper then off frame.
4) Put cooked rice into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
5) Sprinkle broken pieces ham on top of the cooked rice.
6) Sprinkle some cheese on top of the ham.
7) Pour the mixture of mushroom sauce and spread evenly on top of the cooked rice.
8) Sprinkle some cheese on top.
9) Bake at 400°F. for 20 minutes or until the mixture is hot and bubbling.
