油条炒蛋 Stir-fry Deep-Fried Dough Sticks With Egg








Ingredients :
1 stick           Deep-Fried Dough Sticks
4 nos             Egg
1 bundle        Scallion
Water or Broth

To Taste :
Soy Sauce
Pepper

Method :
1)  Chop Scallion & slice the deep-fried dough sticks.
2)  Beat egg and mix in chopped scallion.
3)  Heat pan put in deep-fried dough sticks & water or broth.
4)  Cook till the deep-fried dough sticks dry.
5)  Add in oil, pour in egg mixture.
6)  Pan-fry the egg & deep-fried dough sticks dry till brown in color.
7)  Served it.
