清炒芹菜,豆腐&蘑菇 Stir-Fry Celery, Fried Bean Curd & Mushroom










Ingredients:

   5 pc          Celery - Cut in small pieces
1/4 pc          Carrot  - Cut in slices
   2 pc          Fried Bean Curd - Cut in Strip
   1 pkt         Fresh Mushroom
  3  cloves    Garlic - Minced it
  2  tbsp       Cooking oil
             
Seasoning

Salt and white pepper powder to taste

Method

1)  Heat oil in wok and saute garlic till fragrant or till garlic begin to brown.
2)  Add Strip fried bean curd stir fry briskly for about 30 seconds.
3)  Add celery & carrot continuous to stir fry follow by fresh mushroom.
4)  Once the above ingredients fragrant, adding salt and pepper to taste.
