肉末炒豆腐 Stir-Fried Minced Meat With Bean Curd


Ingredients:
    3 nos        Fried Bean Curd
100 g            Minced Meat - marinade with soy sauce, pepper, sesame oil & corn flour
    1 tbsp       Chopped Garlic
    1 stalk      Chopped Scallion
 1/2 bowl      Water
                     Oil

To Taste:
Soy Sauce
Pepper

To Thicken The Sauce:
Corn Flour
Water

Method:
1)  Heat oil sautee the chopped garlic till fragrant.
2)  Add in marinated minced meat continue cook.
3)  Put in water to bring to boil.
4)  Add in fried bean curd to braise together.
5)  Thicken the gravy with mixture of cornflour & water.
6)  Garnish with chopped scallion.
7)  Serve in hot.
