Make : 18 rolls (Approx. 60 gm each)
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Water {110 degrees F} - if using instant yeast lukewarm water will do
2 pkt Yeast {NOT quick rising} - if using instant yeast cut 1/2 portion of yeast
1/2 cup Butter, melted and cooled
1/2 cup Sugar
3 nos whole Eggs
1 tsp Kosher Salt
4-1/4 cup Bread Flour, plus few tablespoons for dusting
Method:
1) In a large bowl add the water and sprinkle the yeast over the top.
2) Let it stand for a few minutes so the yeast can proof.
(If using instant yeast or quick rising yeast, you can skip this step & add in to step 4)
3) Combine 4-1/4 cups of bread flour with the teaspoon of kosher salt, and set aside.
4) Into the yeast mixture add in the butter, sugar and eggs and stir.
5) Gradually add in the flour mixture.
6) Stir to combine and then form into a large ball.
7) Cover with tea towel or plastic and stick in the fridge for 2 hours.
8) Grease and line (with parchment paper) a baking pan.
9) Once the dough has risen, turn it out onto a lightly floured surface.
10) Form the dough into a uniform log.
11) Divide the log, lengthwise, in half.
12) Cut each half into 12 equal pieces.
13) Roll each piece of dough into a ball and place into the prepared pan.
14) Cover the pan and let the rolls rise for one more hour.
15) Preheat your oven to 375 F.
16) Bake the rolls in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until a deep golden brown.

7) 盖上毛巾或塑料,并放入冰箱里2个小时。
8) 涂油在烤盘。
9) 一旦面团发起,将面团倒在已撒上面粉的表面。
10) 把面团揉成一个均匀的木头状。
11) 将木头状面团切两半。
12) 把每半分切成12块。
13) 把每一块面团揉成一团,放入准备好的平底锅里。
14) 盖上毛巾或锅盖,让面包卷再发一个多小时。
15) 烤箱预热到375华氏度。
16) 烤面包卷大楷15~20分钟或直到深金棕色。
