沙丁鱼通心粉 Sardine Macaroni
Ingredients:
250 gm Macaroni
1/2 can Sardines In Olive Oil
3-4 cloves Minced Garlic
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 no Chopped Tomato
1/2 cup Chopped Yellow Bell Pepper
1/2 cup Chopped Fresh Parsley
1-2 tbsp Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
To Taste:
Salt
Black Pepper
Method:
1) Cook pasta according to package instructions, until it tender.
2) In a pan on low heat, warm the olive oil.
3) Add minced garlic and cook until a light sizzle, make sure not to burn.
4) Add sardines with olive oil and break up sardines into nice pieces.
5) Raise heat to medium, until the sardines sizzle, then add chopped tomatoes & chopped yellow pepper bell.
6) Add red pepper flakes and season with salt and pepper.
7) Add pasta into the pan with the sardine sauce and toss well to combine.
8) Add chopped parsley and stir for about a minute.
9) If it seems dry, just add a little olive oil.
10) Garnish with more parsley.
