黄金炒饭 Golden Fried Rice















Ingredients:
   4 cups          Cold Rice
   1 cup            Chopped Big Onion
   3 no              Egg - Lightly beaten
1/4 cup            Chopped Carrot
1/2 cup            Chopped Yellow Pepper Bell
1/2 cup            Chopped Red Pepper Bell
   2 stalk          Scallion - Chopped
1/2 cup            Diced Ham (I did not put)
   3 tbsp          Grapeseed Oil
   4 tbsp          Fried Onion

To Taste:
Salt
Soy Sauce
White pepper powder

Method:
1.  Heat wok or pan to medium heat, and add oil.
2.  Sauté ham for about 1 minute if you put ham, follow by add in chopped big onion & chopped carrot.
3.  Add salt into rice & well mix, then add in rice into wok or pan to stir fry.
4.  Add egg & cover by rice, let the egg set then stir-fry it till rice evenly coated by egg.
5.  Add chopped yellow & red pepper bell.
6)  Add in soy sauce and white pepper powder to taste.
7)  Add in chopped scallion & fried onion to mix well.
8)  Serve.
