Orange Bun



300 gm         High Protein Flour
   1  tbsp       Custard Powder
    2 tbsp       Full Cream Milk Powder
    3 tbsp       Icing Sugar
    2 tbsp       Margerine
    1 no          Egg Yolk "A"
    1 no          Orange Zest
    3 tbsp       Warm Water
    1 tsp         Castor Sugar
    1 tbsp       Instant Yeast {mix together n leave aside to fermented)
    1 no         Orange Juyce
 120 ml         UHT Milk
   50 gm       Mixed Fruits
