荷叶南瓜饭 Pumpkin Rice In Lotus Leaf










For Filling:
  1 bowl       Cooked Rice
1/4 no         Pumpkin Cubes
  3 no         Large Chinese Dried Mushrooms - Soaked in hot water for 30 minutes and slice
  2 no         Chinese Sausage - Sliced it
  3 no         Hard Boiled Egg - Peel & cut into 1/2 pieces
1/2 cup        Fried Onion
  1 pc         Lotus Leaf - Soak, boiled & rinse

To Taste:
Soy Sauce
Sesame Oil
Pepper

Method:
1)  Open up the lotus leaf, place cooked rice, pumpkin cubes, sliced mushroom, fried onion, sliced Chinese sausage & boiled egg.
2)  To taste, sprinkle soy sauce, pepper & sesame oil on top of the all ingredients.
3)  Wrap it & tie it.
4)  Place parcels into a steamer and steam on high heat for 30 minutes.
5)  Served this with poached vegetables and chili.
