娘惹烤木薯糕 Baked Nonya Cassava Cake





Ingredients:
800 g              Grated Cassava (磨碎木薯)
150 g              Brown Sugar (糖)
200 ml             Thick Coconut Milk (浓椰浆)
  2 no             Whole Egg, Big (蛋-大)
 75 g              Melted Butter (溶化牛油)
1/2 tsp            Salt(盐)
1/2 tsp            Vanilla Essence (云拉香精)
  1 pc             Banana Leaf (香蕉叶 - 铺烘盘用)
    (I don't have banana leaf so replace with wax paper)

Method:
1)  Boiled banana leaf & place in a 22cm square cake tin.
    将已煮软的香蕉叶铺在一个22公分圆或方形烘盘上。
2)  Well mix the above ingredients & pour into the prepared cake tin.
    将全部材料充分搅拌均匀,倒入烘盘中。
3)  Place into the pre-heat oven & bake at 180C for 40 to 50 minutes or till golden brown in color.
    放入已烘热的烤箱内,用180度的火度烘约45~50分钟至熟及金黄色。
4)  Take out from oven to cool down before cut & serve.
    取出,待冷后才切块享用。
