Homemade Pizza


(make: 3 x 180 gm each - 9 in Pizza Tray)
Ingredients:
250 g          Bread Flour
  30 g          Cake Flour
 150 ml        Milk
  20 g          Olive Oil
   1 nos       Egg ( 50 g)
  20 g          Sugar
 1/8 tsp       Salt
 1/2 tsp       Yeast

Filling :
Cherry Tomatoes
Red & Yellow Pepper Bell
Big Onion Slice
Bacon
Pineapple
Green Olive
Cheddar Cheese and Mozzarella Cheese

Seasoning:
Tomato Paste
Black Pepper Powder
Italian Herb

Method:
According to your bread machine & start the dough process.
After the dough finished rise in the bread machined, please refer to the below picture 5 to 15.
Bake at preheat oven at 200 C for 10 to 12 minutes.
Or till cheese golden brown in color.





























Hand Make Pizza
比薩
3個 X 180 g - 9吋約做3個

麵團材料:

高筋麵粉250g,低筋麵粉30g,砂糖20g,酵母(instant yeast)1/2小匙,鹽1/8小匙,牛奶150cc,
橄欖油20g,蛋1粒(50g)

比薩餡料:
紅甜椒,黃甜椒,蕃茄片,洋葱片,黄梨片,烟肉片(先燙熟),
绿橄榄切片,帕梅善比薩起士粉,比薩起士

调料:
市售義大利蕃茄麵醬,黑胡椒粉,意大利香草

步驟:
1.全部材料放入盆中攪拌搓揉甩打8-10分鐘成為略呈現薄膜的麵團
2.揉好的麵團放入盆中,噴灑些水,表面封上濕布發酵1個小時
3.發酵完成後,將空氣拍出,把麵團分割成3等份,搓成圓形,噴些水蓋上溼布
   讓麵團休息15分鐘
4.桌上灑一些手粉,將麵團桿開呈圓形,用手將周圍略壓出厚一些的邊緣
5.麵團上塗抹一層義大利蕃茄麵醬,排放在烤盤上
6.放上自己喜歡的各式各樣蔬菜及海鮮肉類,灑上比薩起士粉,再鋪放比薩起士
7.放入預熱到200度c的烤箱中烘烤10-12分鐘到起士融化表面金黃色為止.
