炒苦瓜和橄榄菜 Stir-Fried Bitter Gourd & Preserved Olive Leaves





Ingredients:

1 no         Bitter Gourd
3 cloves   Chopped Garlic
2 tbsp      Preserved Olive Leaves
3 tbsp      Cooking Oil

1)  Wash the bitter melon and then cut it lengthwise.
2)  Discard the seeds and pith.
3)  Slice the bitter gourd cross & in ¼ of an inch slices.
4)  Heat 3 tablespoons of oil, add in chopped garlic saute till fragrant.
5)  Add in the bitter gourd to continuous stir-fry.
6)  Once bitter gourd cooked or slightly brown, add in Preserved Olive Leaves.
7)  Stir to mix everything together.
8)  Continue stirring as above for 5 more minutes.
9)  Serve hot with rice.
