Ingredients:
2 nos Hard Boiled Egg - Mashed it.
3 tbsp Mayonnaise
A Dash of Pepper
1 no Japanese Cucumber - Peeled & Sliced it.
or Any Green Salad
1) Well mix all the above ingredients.
2) Spread on 2 slices of wholemeal bread.
3) Place sliced cucumber or any green salad in between of the bread.
4) Cut into half.
5) Place sandwiches in airtight container.
6) Keep in fridge can lasting up to few days.
