Crustless Tuna Quiche







Ingredients:

     1  can         Tuna in Oil or Water - drained & flaked with fork
     1  tbsp        Butter
   1/3 cup         Sliced Big Onion
   1/4 cup         Red, Green & Yellow Bell Peppers - diced fine
      4 nos         Eggs
      3 tbsp        Flour
   1/4 tsp         Black Pepper
1 1/2 cup         Milk
1 1/2 cup         Cheddar & Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

Method :
1)  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2)  Melt butter in a large skillet; sauté onions & peppers until onions are clear.
3)  Add in tuna to stir-fry a minute.
4)  Dish out & pour into a buttered 9-inch deep-dish pie plate or casserole dish.
5)  Add in cheese slowly & well mix.
6)  In a medium bowl, add milk, eggs, flour, & seasonings, beat until well blended.
7)  Stir in the egg mixture into the tuna & sautéed vegetables, mixing until all is completely blended together.
8)  Bake 45 minutes, or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
9)  Let stand about 5 minutes before serving.
