巧克力松饼 Chocolate Chip Muffins














Wet ingredients:
250 ml             Milk
  90 ml             Grape Seed Oil
    1 no             Egg
    1 tsp            Vanilla Extract

Dry ingredients:
250 g              Self Raising Flour
    2 tsp           Baking Powder
    2 tbsp         Cocoa Powder
 150 g             Organic Cane Sugar
A Pinch           Salt
 150 g             Dark Chocolate Chips (plus more for sprinkling later)

Method:
Try using other ingredients, such as cherries or blackberries for a nice variation

1)  Preheat oven to 200C Mark 6 and fill a 12 muffin tray with paper cases.
2)  Weigh out the dry ingredients into a large bowl.
3)  Pour all the liquid ingredients into a large bowl slighlty beat.
4)  Pour in dry ingredients to mix with wet ingredients. – DO NOT OVERMIX.
5)  It will be a lumpy but runny batter.
6)  Spoon into the muffin cases.
7)  Sprinkle more chocolate chips on top and then cook for 20 mins or until risen and springy.
8)  Dust with icing sugar for a perfect finish.
