Calm in Butter Milk








Ingredients:
1 kg            Calm – washed
 2 tbsp        Butter
 1 tbsp        Minced Garlic            
 5 stalks     Curry Leave
  1 can        Ideal Milk 

To Taste :
Salt   
Chicken Stock  - Optional     

1)  Melt butter and stir-fry garlic & curry leave till fragrant.
2)  Add in the calm & stir-fry it.
3)  Add in ideal milk and bring to boil.  
4)  Put in chicken stock & salt to taste.  
5)  Last thicken the sauce with cornstarch solutions.
