炸香辣土豆 Spicy Fried Potatoes











Ingredients:

Big Potatoes
Chili Paste or Sambal Belacen
Fried Small Onion
Soy Sauce
Oil For Deep-frying

Method:

1)  Peel & cut the potatoes into cube.
2)  Heat oil, add in potato cubes deep-fry it till golden brown. Set aside.
3)  Heat oil in a clean pan, saute the chili paste or sambal belacan till fragrant.
4)  Add in fried potato cubes to stir-fry.
5)  Pour in 1 tbsp of soy sauce & continuous stir-fry.
6)  Off frame, add in fried small onion & mix well.
