三色蛋 Steamed Egg With Salted Egg & Century Egg
Ingredients:
3 nos Eggs
2 nos Century Egg
1 no Salted Egg
plain water
pepper
sesame oil
Method:
1) Cut the century egg and salted egg into small cubes.
2) Beat the 3 eggs.
3) Add plain water into the egg.
4) Ratio (egg:water) is about 1:1.
(You can adjust yourself depend on how soft or hard you want your egg to be when it is cooked.
The more water you added into the eggs, the softer it will become.)
5) Add in some pepper and sesame oil.
6) Add in the cubed century egg and salted.
7) Mix well.
8) Steam until it is cooked.
