蒸虾 Steamed Prawn

 
 

Ingredients:
  12 no        Prawns
    1 pc         Shredded  Ginger
  50 ml        Rice Wine
    1 tsp       Sugar
    2 tbsp     Light Soy Sauce
1/4 tsp       Sesame Oil
    1 stalk    Finely Sliced Spring Onions

Method:
1)  Cut along the back of prawn, using a sharp knife to remove the black intestinal vein.
2)  Arrange the prawns in a shallow heatproof bowl that will fit inside a steamer basket.
3)  Pour over the wine.
4)  Sprinkle the shredded ginger over the prawn and place the prawn inside a steamer.
5)  Cover and steam for about 5 to 8  minutes, or until the prawns are just cooked through.
8)  Sprinkle with the spring onions, sugar, soy sauce and sesame oil, and serve.
