Ingredients:
2 packs White Bean Curd
2 piece Chinese Sausage,Chinese
For the sauce:
2 tablespoons Light Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Chinese Rice Wine
1 tablespoon Sesame oil
Garnish:
Scallion (I did not put)
Method:
1) Arrange the sliced bean curd on a plate and arrange Chinese Chinese sausage on top
2) Steam for 15 minutes.
3) In a pot, boil together all ingredients for the sauce.
4) Pour sauce over and garnish with scallion.
5) Serve while hot.
