Mackerel Fish In Acar









 


Ingredients:
   4 pcs           Sliced Mackerel Fish
   1 pc            Cucumber - Cut in 1" long
1/3 pc            Carrot - Cut in 1" long
   1 no            Red Chili - Cut in pieces
   1 no            Green Chili Cut in pieces
   1 no           Small Onion - Sliced it
   5 cloves      Garlic- Sliced it
1/4 cup          Water
   3 tbsp         Vinegar
Salt
Sugar

To Blend:
2 pc             Dry Chili
1 no             Big Onion
2 clove         Garlic
1 tbsp          Dry Shrimp
1 pc             Fresh Turmeric
1/2 "             Ginger

Method:
1)   Marinade fish with turmeric powder & salt, deep-fry and set aside.
2)   Heat oil saute all blended paste till fragrant then add in vinegar, salt & sugar.
3)   Well-mix in cucumber, carrot, red chili, green chili, small onion, garlic & fish.
4)  Off frame & served with rice.
