Nasi Dagang Kelantan









Ingredients:
       2 cup            Dagang Rice
       1 cup            Glutinous Rice
1 1/2 cup            Thick Coconut Milk
       4 cloves        Small Onion
       2 cloves        Garlic
     1/2 in              Ginger
         2 tsp            Halba
Salt
Sugar

Method:
1)  Soak both rice overnight.
2)  Soak halba while you slice small onion, garlic, ginger.
3)  Steam the rice till half cook.
4)  Mix small onion, garlic, ginger, halba, coconut milk, salt & sugar together.
5)  Well mix ingredients 4 with the rice.
6)  Continue steam the rice till fully cook.
