3 no Bird's Eye Chilies, coarsely chopped
1 no Big Onion, sliced thinly
2 tbsp Seedless Tamarind
1 tsp Sweet Soy Sauce
1/4 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Sugar
5 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
Water
Method:
1) Well mix all the above ingredients.
2) Taste and adjust the seasoning according individual taste.
3) Add water if the mixture is too thick and sour.
