花枝野生蕨芽煮辣椰子汁Squid & Wild Fern Shoots in Spicy Coconut Gravy


Ingredients:
    1 kg         Wild Fern Shoots / Pucuk Paku, pluck out the shoots, wash and set aside.
1/2 cup       Coconut Milk / Ideal Milk
    5 nos       Bird’s Eye Chilies, sliced
    2 tbsp      Grapeseed Oil
1/2 cup       Water
    1 pkt        Masak Lemak Cili Api Paste
Method:
1)  Heat oil, stir-fry Masak Lemak Cili Api Paste over low heat until fragrant.
2)  Add wild fern shoots and stir-fry over high heat until tender.
3)  Add coconut milk and water, stir evenly.
4)  Add in squid and cover the pan and briefly simmer over low heat until squid cooked.
5)  Dish out and serve.
