鸡蛋豆腐冬粉猪肉汤Egg, Tofu, Vermicelli & Minced Pork Soup










 

Ingredients:
150 g            Minced Pork
    2 no          Egg
    1 pc          Tofu, cut in cube
  30 g            Vermicelli
    1 lit           Broth
    1 tsp         Minced Garlic
    1 tbsp      Fried Shredded Ginger
    1 tbsp      Chopped Spring Onion
Method:
1)  Marinade the minced pork with soy sauce, pepper, sesame oil & cornflour.  Set aside.
2)  Soak vermicelli in water until soft. Set aside.
3)  Heat oil pan fry egg.  Set aside.
4)  Heat oil saute minced garlic, than add in broth bring to boil.
5)  Add in minced pork to cook for few minutes or until the meat was fully cooked.
6)  Add in tofu and vermicelli to continue boil for a minute.
7)  Add salt to taste.
8)  Stir-in fried egg.
9)  Garnish with chopped spring onion & fried shredded ginger.
