清炒芥兰和米酒Stir-Fried Chinese Kale In Rice Wine






Ingredients:
300 g       Chinese Kale
    1 tbsp     Wolfberry
   2 tbsp      Chinese Rice Wine
   2 tbsp      Shredded Ginger
   2 tbsp      Grapeseed Oil
1/8 tsp       Salt
Method:
1)  Soak wolfberry in Chinese rice wine.  Set aside.
2)  Heat oil in a frying pan, saute ginger till fragrant.
3)  Add in Chinese Kale to stir-fry.
4)  Add salt to taste.
5)  Sprinkle wolfberry and Chinese rice wine into the vegetable, continue to cook for a minute.
6)  Dish out and serve in hot.
