番茄酱煎蛋 Fried Eggs With Tomato Sauce









Ingredients:
6 no                 Eggs
2 no                 Medium Onion, sliced
2 no                 Big Tomatoes, sliced
1 no                 Red Chili, sliced
Sauce:
3 tbsp             Tomato Sauce
2 tbsp             Brown Sugar
1 tbsp             Apple Cider Vinegar
100 ml            Water
1/2 tsp            Cornflour
Methods:
1)  Fry the eggs until the yolk is half cooked. Set aside.
2)  Saute onion until fragrant than add in sliced tomatoes.
3)  Pour in sauce follow by the fried egg.
4)  Continue to cook until the sauce thicken.
5)  Sprinkle the sliced red chili for garnishing.
