枸杞元菜苗 Wolfberry With Baby Spinach


Ingredients:
300 g             Baby Spinach
Sauce:
    2 tbsp         Wolfberry
 1/3 cup          Broth
    1 tsp           Sesame Oil
    1 tbsp         Light Soy Sauce
 1/2 tsp           Corn Flour
Method:
1)  Bring to boil a pot of water and boil the baby spinach.
2)  Discard the water and place into a serving plate. Set aside.
3)  In a small pot bring to boil the sauce till slightly thicken.
4)  Pour the sauce over the boiled baby spinach.
4)  Serve with rice.
