西葫芦汤Zucchini, Prawn & Button Mushroom Soup








 

Ingredients :
Broth
Green & Yellow Zucchini - Wash, peel & cut in thick slices
Prawn
Button Mushroom
Chinese Parsley
Salt & Pepper

Method:
1)  Bring to boil broth.
2)  Add in zucchini to cook till soft than put in prawn and button mushroom.
3)  Once prawn cooked, taste it with salt & pepper.
4)  Garnish with Chinese parsley.
