当归枸杞蒸鸡Steamed Chicken Angelica & Lycium
Ingredients:
Whole Kampung Chicken
Lycium 枸杞
Angelica
当归
Salt
Chicken Stock - Optional
Chinese Rice Wine
Marinade for at least 2 hours, then steam for 1 to 1 1/2 hour.
Serve with white rice.
