印度咖喱鱼Indian Curry Fish

 

Ingredients:
600 g                     Fish
    1 packet           Fish Curry Powder -mix with a little water to become a paste
    2 no                  Chopped Onions
    1 bulb               Chopped Garlic
    1 tsp                  Mixed Spices for fish curry (you can buy these from the supermarket which consists of mustard seeds, fenugreek, cardamons and other stuffs)
    1 sprig               Curry Leaves
     1 tbsp               Seedless Tamarind, mix with 2 cups of water
 1/2 cup                Coconut Milk
Oil
Seasonings like a bit of sugar, salt, fish sauce
Method:
1)  Heat oil and stir fry garlic and onions till fragrant, add the mixed spices, curry leaves and curry powder paste.
2)  Add water, fish, tamarind juice.
3)  Simmer and add in sugar, fish sauce, salt to taste.
4)  Last add in coconut Milk.
5)  Serve with rice.
