糖醋肉丸 Sweet & Sour Meatball










Ingredients:
材料: 
250 gm         Minced Meat
250克            瘦肉末
4 nos              Chopped Water Chessnut
4颗                 荸荠末
2 tbsp             Chopped Big Onion
2大匙             洋葱末
2 tbsp             Chopped Carrot
2大匙             胡萝卜末

Meatball Marinade:
肉丸 调味料:
3 tbsp    Water
3大匙             水
1 tbsp             Sesame Oil
1大匙             香油
1 tbsp             Starch
1大匙              淀粉
A Dash of        Salt
少许                盐
A Dash of        White Pepper Powder
少许                白胡椒粉

Sauce:
酱汁:
1 tbsp    Veniger
1大匙              白醋
2 tbsp             Suagr
2大匙              糖
3 tbsp             Tomato Ketchup
3大匙              番茄酱

Other Ingredients:
配料:
2 nos      Tomato - cut in 4 pieces
2粒        番茄 - 切 4 块
2 stalks   Scallion - cut in 1" long
2棵        青葱 - 切一寸长
1/2 no     Big Onion - cut into cubed
半粒        洋葱 - 切块

Method:
做法:
1)  Combined minced meat,chopped water chessnut, chopped big onion, chopped carrot, then add in meatball marinade & mix well.
     荸荠末,肉末、洋葱末、胡萝卜末混合均匀,加入肉丸 调味料拌匀即为肉馅。
2)   Make meatball & deep-fry all meatball. Set aside.
       做成丸子放入七分热油锅中,以中火炸至金黄,捞起沥干。
3)  Bring to boil sauce & other ingredients, then add in meatball mix well.
       将酱汁和配料煮滚,放入肉丸子魏炒熟即可
4)    Served hot.
       盛盘。
